The generic license agreement is used for student work in ScholarWorks@GVSU. The form gives a non-exclusive license to make the work available online, and includes several choices for how to share, space for an advisor’s signature, and the option to request an embargo. There are modified versions of this form for graduate theses and dissertations, and for some departments/programs.
