June is wending its way to July and at bepress our thoughts are turning to reports (and, okay, also our favorite new popsicle flavors).
With the release of the Profiles Report later this month, we add to our suite of flexible reporting tools. Whether you are working on an annual report, a faculty bibliography, or helping a group with accreditation, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a quick summary of our tools, along with ideas on how they are being used.
Profiles Report: Designed to support faculty reporting, the Profiles Report captures About Page information from profiles. Fields include Positions; Courses Taught; Honors and Awards; Professional Affiliation; ORCID; and number of Works count by document type, as well as many others. The Report will be released later this month, with additional fields including one for Grants coming later in the year.
Content Inventory: Great for publications reporting, insight into faculty activity, as well as general IR upkeep, the Content Inventory allows users to pull information from any relevant metadata fields. Use it to gather citation information for faculty bibliographies and departmental reports, track Pubmed, DOI and other identification standards, or get site and metadata reports.
Dashboards: Beautiful and fun to explore, the dashboards also have powerful export features showcasing institutional impact. With filters and share options, dashboards generate tailored impact reports that bepress schools are using in a number of ways, from tenure and review dossiers, funding support documents, and more.
